Flora was born in 1978 in Togo, raised in Nigeria and educated in Italy. She has lived on 3 continents and in 8 different countries.
She is a lecturer, Certified Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Therapist, specialized in Lifestyle, Nutrition & Vedic Psychology with over 27 years of experience infused by Earth traditions from around the globe.
She’s owned a restaurant and has been an enthusiastic vegetarian with over 25 years experience. She’s an advocate in Nature, Human Evolution and Ancestral ways.
Currently based on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica, she lives on a beautifully planted property with vegetables, fruit trees and medicinal herbs.
She has a small guesthouse and runs personalized retreats with Yoga, Organic breakfasts and Vedic counseling to assist people in aligning with their highest potential.
Since the age of 12 she has been blessed with growing up in a Yoga conscious environment. Its teachings immediately suited her multi-ethnic background. Since then, influenced in a profound way, she has continuously been integrating this practice into her daily life.
In 2008 she obtained her Yoga Shiromani title from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Neyyardam, Kerala, India.
In 2011 she graduated as an Ayurvedic therapist from the Academy of Ayurvedic Studies in Amsterdam. Her final thesis was on psychological trauma according to Yoga & Ayurveda vs modern practices.
Her education in Ayurveda has been equally blessed with an array of internationally known teachers such as Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Frawley, Vaidya Rovert Svoboda, Dr. Claudia Welch, Vaidya Atreya Smith, Donald Vanhowten as well as many renowned doctors from India.
